Cancellation policy
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount of your stay is required.
Cancellations made within 28 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the paid deposit.
Between 27 and 14 days before arrival, the confirmation deposit will not be refunded.
From 14 days until the arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
No Show, early departure, or delayed arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the total stay.

Even for late cancellations, there is a solution!
At the time of booking, we recommend that you add travel insurance so that you do not lose what you have already paid. By taking out the Care4UHotel policy with our contracted partner, you will be covered against unforeseeable eventualities of the period, but also in many cases including: illness and injury, Covid positivity, bereavement, pregnancy illness, if you are summoned as a juror or witness, traffic accident, dismissal, late arrival, damage to your home. The cost is 4.85% to be calculated on the total expenditure per hotel stay.
